How do I get the 3-day trial?+
Open the ShopNet or TikNet page, then click the Try Free for 3 Days button. You will be directed to the official trial login page for that product.
Is the license subscription-based?+
No. ShopNet, TikNet, DAVID Desktop, and DAVID Mobile use lifetime licenses with a one-time payment. DAVID Desktop and DAVID Mobile are purchased separately.
What should I do if the application does not open after installation?+
Make sure your device meets the minimum system requirements and that the installer was downloaded from an official source. If the issue continues, contact us via WhatsApp and include the error message shown.
What should I do if my license is not active?+
Check the license code you entered. If it is correct but activation still fails, send your proof of purchase to the support team for assistance.
Are application updates paid?+
No. Application updates are included with your license.
What if my report file uses a different format?+
Make sure the imported file is an official export from the relevant marketplace. Other formats may not be read correctly.
